  17. First, is the program useful?  Does it perform a task that you find valuable?  
  18. Of course you'll get that good feeling that comes with "doing the right thing", 
  19. but you'll also get fast responses to questions via e-mail.  Additionally, you 
  20. will get the occasional free upgrade.

  25. Whether you purchase through the mail, via check or money order and have the 
  26. program mailed back, or register online with a credit card or by other means, 
  27. the price will be the same; $14.95.  Initially we tried to charge a base price and 
  28. add charges for shipping and disks, or online registration fees.  Finally (a) 
  29. it became too complicated and (b) one couldn't actually purchase the program 
  30. for the base price anyway (unless they came here and picked it up personally).
